Intro Call
You’ve sent an enquiry, now let’s get to know each other. On this introductory, casual chat, we’ll learn more about your project and explore how we can work together to help you achieve your goals. If we’re a good match, we’ll keep the momentum going.

Proposal
We’ll send over a proposal outlining the scope of work, timing and costs as discussed on the intro call. If you’re happy, we’ll move forward. Easy.

Contract
A bit of bureaucracy just to make sure everything is legal and documented. But we’ll keep it simple and easy to understand, no lawyer’s degree required.

Discovery & Strategy
This is the initial official phase, where we dive deep into your project, understanding in detail its needs, goals, and ambitions. We kick off with a strategy session to gather, from you, the insights we need, identify the problems we’re solving, and map the direction forward.

Sitemap & Moodboards
After the strategy session, we’re ready to start working on the UX. This includes creating a sitemap and wireframes for the website, structuring the content on each page, and defining user flows and actions. At this stage, we also set up moodboards to serve as references for possible design directions.

Design Concept
We start the design phase by exploring visual territories for the website. This is the creative playground where the rules are still being defined - experimenting with typography, colors, grids, and layouts. The proposed concept(s) will then guide how the brand comes to life in the digital space.

Full Custom Design
Once a concept is approved, all pages are created with a unique, custom design that truly elevates the brand or organisation. Details are key in building a visual ecosystem where different components and sections coexist harmoniously. Functionality goes hand in hand with aesthetics, and both are treated with care.

Development
This is where the project truly comes to life. We build the website using Webflow, creating it from scratch based on the approved designs. Interactions are added to refine the user experience, and thorough testing ensures the site runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices.

Launch & Handover
Once the website is built, we’ll provide documented instructions along with a training session so you can confidently update and manage your website content. If needed, we also offer maintenance packs to ensure your website is always up to date and performing at its best.
