We offer maintenance plans for clients we have built websites for.
Once the site is completed, you can decide to subscribe to a maintenance plan.
You can choose to look after your website, and that's ok. Some things may be easy to do - like populate content. But sometimes, you may be short on time and resources, need something more technical, and just want to have ease of mind, knowing that there will be someone to look after all the needs you have in regards to your website.
With a maintenance plan, we'll ensure your website is always up-to-date, running smoothly, optimized for best performance and user engagement, increasing the longevity of your website.
With our retainer maintenance plan, you can expect a wide range of ongoing website changes and support.
From content population, bug fixing, optimizing website performance, editing and adding animations and functionality, SEO audits and optimizations, global usability improvements, and an ongoing support to ensure longevity of your website.
The number of tasks and the complexity of the work will depend on the allocated time. At the beginning of each month the scope of work is planned and the tasks are prioritised.
If, at a given month, you require more hours than what you have selected in your plan, we will charge for the additional hours.
Any unused hours will carry over to the following month.
If you think that the Starter plan of 2 hours a month is too much for you but you're still interested in having some maintenance plan, talk to us and we can discuss your individual needs.
If, on the other hand, the Core plan of 8 hours a month is not enough, we can create a custom plan to suit your needs. Just talk to us.
These plans roll on a month-to-month basis, there is no long-term commitment.
At any time you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel with a month's notice.
We'll keep working with you as long as your business is healthy and there are tasks to complete. If we notice a decrease in workload and can't justify any work, we will propose a lower fee or put the retainer on hold until you are ready to resume.
It depends. Before we agree to that, we need to analyse your website and understand how it is structured. It may require a re-build. Talk to us and we'll evaluate how and if we can help you.
These plans are intended for maintaining existing websites only.
